Principles of Enology II
In order to receive a refund, or if you need to withdraw or transfer classes, you must submit your request by email to Tasheena Taylor at email@example.com, at least 7 business days prior to the course start date.
Introduction:Principles and practices of wine production; sanitation procedures in the winery, analysis and operation of winery equipment, safety procedures, methods of vinification and finishing, and quality control.
Dates & Times:The majority of instruction will be completed online and two weekends will be designated for classroom instruction.
- Online portion of the class is from 8/21/17 - 12/8/17
- Face to face classes will meet Saturday & Sunday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, August 19 & 20; AND
- Face to face classes will meet Saturday & Sunday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, August 26 - 27
