Overview

Introduction:

This course is designed for health care professionals which are required to have proficiency in treating cardiac emergencies and ACLS training as a condition of hospital privileges, and/or employment. A pre-course self-assessment is required prior to attending class. Prerequisites: Basic EKG knowledge and current BLS certification is required. 2020, new, AHA ACLS books are available for purchase from the CWL office for $45. (8 hrs)

Prior to Class Students MUST:

Complete the Pre-Course Self-Assessment (pre-test) found online at https://elearning.heart.org/course/424 Upon completion, print out your score sheet and bring it to class. If you do not complete and bring this pre-test to class, you will not be eligible to participate in the course.
