Introduction:Instructor: Sgt. Paxton Emerson In this course, students review current laws and recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions regarding the application and use of proper procedures affecting probable cause, legal elements of a search warrant, drafting a search warrant, arrest with or without a warrant, and warrantless searches. This course meets current TCOLE license mandates for #2108. (16 hours)
