Overview

Introduction

Bookkeeping forms the backbone of every organization's need to carefully account for its financial activities. It accounts for sales, purchases, and payments that flow through an entity. Bookkeepers are crucial to every organization and certified bookkeepers are the elite of their profession. If you have a knack for numbers and want to contribute to the bottom-line success of a company or organization, consider training to become a bookkeeper/ accounting assistant. This course explains bookkeeping and accounting. It provides a fundamental knowledge and understanding of bookkeeping and accounting concepts, processes, methods, procedures, and controls you should comprehend to perform bookkeeping efficiently and productively.   Prerequisites: a high school diploma or GED/high school equivalency. No prior training/certification required.

Tuition

  • $1699 - Tuition includes required textbook/ workbook and certification exam preparation material. Tuition does NOT include the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers (NACPB)  $100 certification exam fee.

Notes

Upon successful completion, students will be eligible for the Bookkeeping Certification accredited by the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers (NACPB).
