Overview

Introduction:

Join Chef Rusty and Chef Carrie at this year's Culinary Educators Conference!  Instruction will include knife skills, rolling Sushi, other Asian-inspired cuisine and pastry dishes.  Please bring your knives! We will  sharpen them together.  Attendees are awarded 18 CEUs.
