This workshop provides 18 hours of TEA approved CPEs through Grayson College #091-501.Serving ideas for the school! Workshop topics include:
- Culinary Math
- Chicken Fabrication
- Sharpening knives - bring your student knives to sharpen
- Cupcakes with icing
- Muffins from a base
- Cookie drops
