Principles of Enology II
Requests for course withdrawals, refunds, or transfers must be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, 7 business days prior to the course start date.
Introduction:Principles and practices of wine production; sanitation procedures in the winery, analysis and operation of winery equipment, safety procedures, methods of vinification and finishing, and quality control.
Dates & Times:The majority of instruction will be completed online and two weekends will be designated for classroom instruction.
- Online portion of the class is from 08/18/2021 - 12/09/2021
- Face to face classes will meet Saturday & Sunday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, August 15 & 16th; AND
- Face to face classes will meet Saturday & Sunday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, August 21 & 22rd
- $484 - Updated based upon 2021/2022 tuition rates and mandatory fees.
