Principles of Healthy Cuisine

Introduction:Introduction to the principles of planning, preparation, and presentation of nutritionally balanced meals. Alternative methods and ingredients will be used to achieve a healthier cooking style.
*Completion of CHEF 1205 with a grade of "B" or higher and a valid Servsafe certification is a prerequisite for all CHEF courses or written permission from Culinary Arts Director/Chef.
