Have your your certificate been lost or destroyed? Let us get you a new one!

  1. Select either “Mail” or “Pick-up”
  2. Hit the “Register” button
  3. Hit the “Pay” button
  4. Fill out the order form (please include any relevant details in the “Notes/Comments” section; this includes course title, date of the course, and any previous name you may have used to register with us.)
  5. Pay for your certificate
  6. You will receive an email once your certificate is prepared

Please note:

  • We are currently unable to send certificates via email.
  • Continuing Education records are required to be kept for two years; reprints of earlier classes are only available if digital copies are on file.
  • It may take up to two weeks for requests to be processed.
