Course Description:

  • Join us for an educational opportunity to pair four (4) ½ oz. spirit samples and one (1) 3 oz. cider sample, all produced by the Grayson Distillation Program with five (5) bite-size appetizers prepared under the direction of the Grayson Culinary Program. Each participant will receive a Grayson Distillery logo shot glass. In this two-hour workshop, you will learn about the fermentation and distillation processes that created these beverages. The spirits sampled during the seminar are not for sale.
