  • Day One: Mash in Whiskey/Distill Brandy
  • Day Two: Ferment molasses/ Distill Brandy (low wines)
  • Day Three: Distill Gin/Ferment agave
  • Day Four: Distill Rum/ Ironroot workshop
  • Day Five: Distill Whiskey (stripping/spirits run and barreling.)
