Overview

Introduction:

Day One: Mash in Whiskey/Distill Brandy
Day Two: Ferment molasses/ Distill Brandy (low wines)
Day Three: Distill Gin/Ferment agave
Day Four: Distill Rum/ Ironroot workshop
Day Five: Distill Whiskey (stripping/spirits run and barreling.)
