  • Day 2- Ferment Molasses/ Distill Brandy (low wines)
  • Day 3- Distill Gin/ Ferment Agave
  • Day 4- Distill Rum/ Ironroot workshop
  • Day 5- Distill whiskey (shipping/ spirits run and barreling)
